About me
I studied at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Szeged, where I gained a lot of valuable clinical experience during my placements. I have also completed a Flossing course, and I keep developing my professional knowledge so that I can help my patients with as comprehensive and up-to-date an approach as possible. In my work I think it is important not just to treat the symptoms, but also to uncover the causes and connections behind musculoskeletal complaints.
Based on the results of the assessment and the patient’s individual condition, we set the therapy goals together and then put together a personalised treatment plan. Various manual therapy methods and soft tissue techniques play an important role in my treatments. With them I mainly help to reduce pain, release tight and overloaded tissues, improve joint range of motion and support regeneration.
I then continue the treatment with targeted physiotherapy exercises, so that the improvement lasts in the long term and the patient gradually regains freedom of movement, stability and load tolerance. I believe that the basis of successful rehabilitation is a relationship built on trust, good communication and the patient’s active participation. My goal is for the people who come to me to work on relieving pain, restoring movement function and improving their quality of life in a supportive, safe environment.
