Medical Fitness is similar to personal training, but it is led by a physiotherapist, after an assessment, based on a personal training plan.
Medical Fitness is a separate category in the Salonic booking system at both clinics; one session lasts 1 hour and costs 22,990 HUF. At Pasarét there is also a 12-session Medical Fitness pass.
Posture is not a static good or bad position. What to know about desk work, variety of load, and when it is worth seeing a physiotherapist in Budapest.
Medical Fitness is the top of the MozgásPiramis®: a professionally led movement programme that bridges rehabilitation and regular, lasting exercise.
Sprain, strain or sports injury: what to do in the first days, when to see a doctor, and how physiotherapy leads you back to sport at both clinics.
