About me
What interests me most is manual therapy and its links with lower back pain, so I regularly attend further training in Hungary and abroad. I graduated from Semmelweis University as a physiotherapist. Sport and the natural sciences have always played a central role in my life, so choosing physiotherapy was a conscious decision. Helping others has also always been important to me, which is why I first trained as a conductor (conductive education) and then as a physiotherapist.
My aim is to support my patients' recovery with a holistic approach and to use my knowledge to help improve their quality of life. I have gained experience in spine exercise classes and ergonomic movement programmes for office workers. I consider posture correction, the treatment of complaints of spinal origin and the prevention of musculoskeletal problems caused by sedentary work especially important. I believe that personalised, mindful movement helps relieve complaints and also contributes to feeling better and to more energetic, healthier everyday life.
